If you love the beach, shelling, or just a relaxing getaway, this is the perfect place! We are the new owners of this newly renovated condo that has two bedrooms, two full baths and sleeps 7. The complex is quiet and peaceful and known for its private, uncrowded beaches and lush landscaping.
We are new to VRBO, and new owners of this unit. The reviews this year have been amazing! If you would like to see them, just message Gregg Rentals.
This beautiful condo is steps from the Gulf of Mexico, you are able to have the sound of the waves lull you to sleep every night. If you love to go shelling every day, this is the beach of choice on Sanibel! Our beach also hosts nesting loggerhead turtles in the summer.
The unit is on the top floor, but an elevator is just steps away.
The minute you walk inside the condo, the view draws you out onto the large screened lanai where you can enjoy the vast views of the Gulf. Fix a meal or a picnic lunch in the updated kitchen, or simply lounge in the living space listening to the waves on the beach below. This is the perfect place for comfort and relaxation!
The master bedroom has direct views of the beach with access to the lanai and boasts a comfortable sleep number king bed with a renovated en-suite and walk-in closet. The guest room has two twin beds with memory foam next to the second full bath. A queen sleeper sofa is also available for guests. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer. Beach toys, chairs and umbrella are waiting for your adventures on the beach!
Sand Pointe is situated on the prestigious west end of Sanibel Island on West Gulf Drive and has luscious landscaping, a large pool and is very close to outstanding shops and restaurants on the island.
